PROJECT 16 — CATALOGUE / CORPORATE WEBSITE / E-COMMERCE
HORSE HEAD TEA
A brand platform for Horse Head, presenting a Ceylon tea house trading since 1920 to consumers, trade partners and candidates alike.

The brief.
We designed and developed Horse Head's digital presence, treating a century-old tea brand as an editorial subject rather than a product feed. Field cinematography opens the site and makes the argument — nature in every cup — before the range resolves into individual blends carrying origin, format and pack size. An interactive presence map shows a brand reaching homes, cafés, hotels and supermarkets across dozens of countries, and a careers board and routed enquiry desk handle everyone else the brand needs to hear from.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
- 01Product range architecture
Blends, formats and pack sizes modelled as related types so loose tea, bagged tea and wellness lines share one structure.
- 02Interactive presence map
A world map rendering the brand's distribution footprint country by country, editable as new markets open.
- 03Origin & provenance detail
Sourcing country surfaced on every product, carrying the Ceylon story down to the individual blend.
- 04Careers & applications
A job board with per-role posting dates and applications routed to the team without development involvement.
- 05Routed enquiry desk
A subject-based contact form directing consumer, trade and press questions to the right inbox from the first message.
- 06Brand gallery
A motion gallery of lifestyle and product photography that carries the brand's world without collapsing into a slideshow.
- 07Performance-tuned media delivery
A video-led, image-heavy site delivered at speed on the connections the brand's markets actually run on.
- 08CMS
Centralized publishing of products, markets, gallery and roles without development support.
