A national platform for Lebanon Works, uniting employers, educators and business enablers around one movement for job creation and economic growth.
The brief.
We designed and developed the digital home of Lebanon Works, a national movement of collaborative initiatives working to create employment and grow the economy. The platform gathers employers, educators, business enablers and job seekers into one membership, gives every member organisation its own space to publish initiatives, jobs and news, structures the country's economic story across twelve sectors with their policy documents and data, and surfaces the movement's live activity through hubs, events, awards and an open jobs board.

Multi-step onboarding that assigns participants and organisations to roles governing what they can publish, access and administer.

Member organizations publish and update their own space directly from their account on the live site, editing in place rather than learning a separate admin system.
- 04Content publishing framework
A single system modeling news, events, jobs, podcasts, policy papers and newsletters, each with its own structure and workflow.
- 05Aggregated activity feed
Content published across every member space unified into one national timeline, with filtering applied across types.
- 06Directory & search
A searchable member index filtered by participation type and activity sector, built to stay usable as the network scales.
- 07Application & review workflows
Award submissions carried through eligibility screening, expert shortlisting, site-visit scoring and jury review inside the platform.
- 08Engagement & live reporting
Bookmarking, sharing and commenting implemented across every content type, alongside aggregate counters computed directly from platform data so the movement's scale reflects reality without manual updating.
