PROJECT 18 — CORPORATE WEBSITE
THE VILLAGE
A sales platform for The Village Chumphon, taking a beachfront resort-and-residence development in Thailand from render to a unit-level enquiry.

The brief.
We designed and developed The Village's digital presence, built to sell units that do not exist yet. Architectural renders run full-screen with coordinates pinned into the frame, then resolve into an interactive site explorer where a visitor picks a building, opens a unit and reads its size, layout, view and live availability. English and Thai run throughout, amenities are presented as an argument rather than a list, and every path ends at a short enquiry form the sales team actually receives.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
- 01Interactive unit explorer
A render-based site map where selecting a building reveals its units, each opening to size, layout, orientation and live availability status.
- 02Unit inventory modelling
Beach front, courtyard and private terrace types modelled with per-unit area, bedroom count and status, so availability updates without touching design.
- 03Bilingual English & Thai
Both languages carried through navigation, unit data and forms for a development selling to domestic and international buyers.
- 04Immersive render presentation
Full-viewport architectural visuals with pinned coordinates and a map link, grounding an unbuilt project in a real location.
- 05Amenity & value system
Gym, restaurant, parking, security, office space, reception and retail presented as structured, editable value propositions.
- 06Location & masterplan module
Mapped site context with directions, orienting buyers who will never visit before enquiring.
- 07Lead capture & routing
A short, low-friction enquiry form placed at the end of every path and routed straight to the sales team.
- 08CMS
Centralized publishing of units, availability, amenities and content in both languages without development support.
