PROJECT 03 — MOBILE APPLICATION / WEB APPLICATION / COMMERCE BOOKING
BEWE
A connected beauty-booking ecosystem pairing a consumer mobile marketplace with a powerful vendor dashboard for calendars, staff, services, payments and growth.

The brief.
We designed and developed bewe, a beauty and wellness platform serving more than three hundred salons and five thousand active users across two connected products. On one side, native iOS and Android apps let clients discover salons and book treatments across hair, nails, makeup, barbering, etc... On the other, a business portal gives salon owners a single dashboard for bookings, staff schedules, payments, client records, marketing and performance — with the marketplace, the apps and the informative site all running from one system.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
- 01Two-sided marketplace architecture
One platform serving two opposed audiences — clients discovering and booking, salons managing and fulfilling — with a shared data layer keeping both in sync.
- 02Native mobile app development
iOS and Android apps for the client side, carrying discovery, booking, rescheduling and history against the same backend as the portal.
- 03Business portal
A complete salon management dashboard consolidating bookings, calendar, staff, payments, clients and marketing into one interface.
- 04Booking engine
Real-time availability computed across services, durations and individual staff members, engineered to maximize bookable slots while reducing missed appointments.
- 05Staff & calendar management
Rosters, shifts and per-stylist availability managed at salon level, with the calendar reflecting changes across the marketplace immediately.
- 06Payments & earnings tracking
Transactions captured and reconciled per appointment, giving owners live visibility of earnings rather than end-of-month reconciliation.
- 07Client management
A CRM layer holding client records, history and preferences, so a salon knows its returning customers without keeping a paper book.
- 08Analytics & performance insights
Booking, revenue and utilisation metrics computed from platform data and surfaced to owners as operational insight.
- 09Marketing tools
Built-in promotion and visibility features letting salons reach new clients inside the marketplace rather than buying attention outside it.
- 10Service taxonomy
Twelve service categories structured with their treatments and durations, so a large and varied catalogue stays searchable and bookable.
- 11Merchant onboarding
A "Get listed" pipeline that qualifies and onboards new salons onto the platform.
- 12Corporate site & CMS
The public-facing product site alongside centralised administration of salons, services, bookings, users and content.
