PROJECT 20 — LOGISTICS SOLUTION / CORPORATE WEBSITE / CATALOGUE
LAREGEN
A patient-facing platform for LaRegen Clinics, carrying a multi-specialty aesthetic polyclinic from first consultation interest to a booked appointment.

The brief.
We designed and developed LaRegen's digital presence, translating a polyclinic built to feel calm, into a journey that reads the same way. Motion carries the whole site: a floating navigation that follows the patient down the page, sections that reveal as they scroll, a horizontal marquee that pulls visitors between specialties, drawn line-work that traces behind the content, and an interactive before-and-after comparison that lets patients drag between result images themselves.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
- 01Brand identity
The clinic's identity created from the ground up — mark, typography, palette and visual language — then carried through every digital surface as a coherent system.
- 02Motion & interaction design
Scroll-triggered reveals, a persistent floating navigation, marquee transitions between specialties and animated line-work give a medical site the fluidity of an editorial one, without ever getting between the patient and the information.
- 03Interactive comparison component
A draggable before-and-after viewer letting patients move between result images themselves, built to handle paired case imagery per procedure.
- 04Taxonomy architecture
A three-level structure running specialty to treatment area to individual procedure, so a growing clinic can add disciplines without restructuring.
- 05Multi-channel contact routing
Form, WhatsApp and direct call presented together and routed to the right team, meeting patients on the channel they prefer.
- 06Structured medical content modelling
Procedures, consultants, results and treatment areas modelled as related types so clinical content stays consistent and cross-linked.
- 07Performance & SEO engineering
A motion-heavy, image-led site delivered at speed with structure and metadata tuned for patients searching by treatment.
- 08CMS
Centralized publishing of specialties, procedures, results, doctors and articles without development support.
