The brief.

We designed and developed OpenKaram, Lebanon's hospitality and lifestyle platform, across native apps, a merchant portal and an informative site. The platform holds four distinct transaction types under one experience — reserving a table, ordering ahead for pickup, booking an experience from spa days and staycations to beauty treatments and workshops, and buying vouchers redeemable against them. Behind it, merchants run their entire operation from a single portal: menus, branches, reservations, orders, vouchers, promotions, advertising, wallet and earnings, with live performance reporting and a subscription model that scales with the business.
